I knew I wanted a Prius this time, and decided to start looking around for a low mileage used one. I stopped by Metro Toyota to look at a car they had online, not intending to make any sort of decision at the time. My experience was so positive that day that I ended up buying the car! Gary Capper took me on a tour of all the car’s features, and took the time to answer all of my questions. No hard-sell either. Just a professional discussion and Q&A about the car. I put down a deposit that day, and sealed the deal a week later. Gary (“Cap”) helped steer me through all of the paperwork, etc., and then I was treated to a “refresher” course on all of the car’s features. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous and highly professional. Even though I hate driving on 480, I look forward to going back to Metro Toyota for maintenance check-ins! More
