First Time Car Buying Experience Gone Great I was very nervous to go buy a new car because I didn’t want to be persuaded into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford, but Mike at Metro was am I was very nervous to go buy a new car because I didn’t want to be persuaded into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford, but Mike at Metro was amazing! He wasn’t pushy at all and gave my fiancé and I all the time we needed to make a decision. He gave us information when we asked for it or needed it and constantly kept giving us space and time on our own to decide on what we want. When I was stuck between a certified and a non-certified preowned car, he gave it to me straight. He told me it depended on what I wanted. If I cared more for security and stability than I would go with the certified and if I cared more for the lower price and the looks then I’d go for the non-certified. He didn’t push me to one in particular. That was a relief and he really helped put me at ease and made the car buying experience enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend! More

I had my Toyota in for a oil change and the service advisor as As always the people working in the service department are always helpful and friendly. I had my Toyota in for a oil change and the service advisor ask if I needed any thing else. I ask if they could check out my Bluetooth, it doesn’t always work. They checked the radio and found a short in it and said they ordered a new one for me. Hope it will arrive soon I really miss my Bluetooth. Every time my phone rings I hope it’s Metro Toyota saying is in. More

What are you guys doing? I had to bring my truck in for service as I had an oil change on it a week ago and ever since then my truck has been leaking oil all over my brand new I had to bring my truck in for service as I had an oil change on it a week ago and ever since then my truck has been leaking oil all over my brand new 2 year old driveway. I waited an hour for my oil to be changed due to a 'defective washer', from what I was told. The people in service are very nice, but that doesn't take away from the fact that I now been to the service department 3 times since I bought the truck in July...last time was because I needed to get a headlight changed, even though I just bought the truck in July and the warranty they had me buy does not cover the headlight...you would think when they are selling used vehicles they'd at least change the headlights, and you'd also think that changing the headlight would be covered under the warranty they sold me, but no. I drove Kia's for the past 8 years prior to buying this Toyota and so far I regret it. More
