Would not stand behind service part (rotors) defective. I am very disappointed with the Service Manager for not replacing defective brake rotors which rusted causing grinding problems. There is less than 8, I am very disappointed with the Service Manager for not replacing defective brake rotors which rusted causing grinding problems. There is less than 8,000 miles on these. I paid well over $900 last Sept. 2017 for a complete brake rotor and pad replacements there at Metro because I wanted original OE product. Normal brake job elsewhere run $700 - $800. Now the excessive rust on the rotors in 11 months caused issues on the rear wheels. This car is parked in my garage every night so it does not sit out. I use the car everyday. I have purchase 4 Toyotas at Metro and get them mostly serviced there. Very disappointed in not getting enough goodwill to cover the replacement of defective service product. I will not get any of my Toyotas serviced there with this type of customer loyalty. May consider Hondas in the future new purchases. More

I got ripped off I went in with a check engine light. they diagnosed the problem to be the catalytic converter. they charged me $1000 for an aftermarked converter. I researched the cost of this part and the most expensive one I could find was $500. so the dealership doubled the price of the part. after labor and taxes I was out $1500. I will never take my car to this dealership again. they are a rip off. More
