Now Metro has introduced Express Service for things like routine maintenance appointments. I took my car in for its 5000 mile maintenance and it was done in less than half an hour....I didn't even have time to finish my cup of coffee!! More

Disappointed a little & surprised Brought my NEW car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. Did it at lunch time and waited in lobby. All was great except I realized they didn't w Brought my NEW car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. Did it at lunch time and waited in lobby. All was great except I realized they didn't wash the car. I called the next day to confirm that was a standard. I got an apology and bring the car back and they would wash it. Disappointed that such a basic part of the maintenance process wasn't done. Makes me always wonder what else wasn't done. Was also suggested to me that one of my filters needed to be changed out. I kind of shake my head at that one being the car has less than 13K miles on it. But most disappointing was the lack of follow through on the lack of a car wash. More
