Great Experience I went to Metro Toyota to turn in my 2015 RAV4. The lease was up and I was going to meet with Gary Capper who handled my prior two leases. He was not I went to Metro Toyota to turn in my 2015 RAV4. The lease was up and I was going to meet with Gary Capper who handled my prior two leases. He was not in. Instead Sam Ibrahim offered to help my husband and me. He was very friendly, but not overly so. We liked him right away. He showed me the value of adding a feature package instead of taking just the base model, as I had done previously. It definitely was more money than I had planned on spending; but for all of the added features, it was well worth the $$$. Sam took a huge amount of time explaining all of the tech features and was very patient as I was not feeling well. So far, I am very happy with my new RAV4 and am pleased with my encounter with Sam!
