They made it easy and I so appreciate that Life has been so hectic with caring for two demanding elders that I had neglected to get a routine oil change and also to get a smushed bumper repaire Life has been so hectic with caring for two demanding elders that I had neglected to get a routine oil change and also to get a smushed bumper repaired...I made plans for the oil change and was going to wait and take my car over to Metro Accident Repair, but Melissa at MAR said, since I was going to get a rental car at Metro, to just drop the car off, get the rental and drive over to them where I could sign off on the paperwork and then be on my way (losing less work time). The initial car I was given was a Camry which is way bigger than I am used to and comfortable with, but it was quickly exchanged for a Corolla without making me feel bad (or for being unaware my insurance card was out of date which took a phone call to check on). Everyone worked together so the car made it to Metro Accident Repair, and I was able to charge the oil change bill over the phone. Everything is such a hassle everywhere, they made it a pleasure and easy. My 101 year old father things I'm crazy for driving to the west side, but it is worth the trip. Great people to deal with. More

A difficult time made comfortable I was in an accident which totaled my Sienna XLE. I loved that car, and I was not ready to replace it. Well, we always took it to Metro for service, I was in an accident which totaled my Sienna XLE. I loved that car, and I was not ready to replace it. Well, we always took it to Metro for service, and Scott Barrier made sure everything was taken care of(that is why it had many more miles in it at 180,000 miles when it was totaled.) We went in the showroom and were warmly greeted by Ramona Plumlee, and I was immediately put at ease as she listened to my tale of woe. Ramona asked all the right questions to help us navigate the car buying landscape. We ended up with a Certified 2015 Sienna XLE that fit our needs. Jeremy McClish arranged the financing in a timely and pocketbook-friendly manner. We entered the dealership dreading having to buy a car and came out the same day relieved and happy with our Sienna! More
