Absolutely unbelievable experience I came into Toyota unsure if I'd be able to afford a new car or not. Not only was Yacek extremely helpful and easy to work with, but the pricing they offered allowed me to get into a much better model than I'd ever hoped for! They worked with me on the service plan and threw in extras (floor mats, etc.) without the incessant haggling headache you often think of with dealers. Yacek was knowledgeable and personable, too. If you're looking for a Toyota, Metro ought to be your go-to; and be sure to ask for Yacek! More

Repair work It was disappointing that after all the work was done the car was sent out and not properly checked, only the attendant Stephanie followed through and It was disappointing that after all the work was done the car was sent out and not properly checked, only the attendant Stephanie followed through and the car ended up staying there due for another five days due to the holiday and the absence of the mechanic. She was great and very helpful, if it weren't for her I would've been very upset. More

rear brakes or drum rubbing sound I took my truck in for noise coming from rear brakes or wheel. Repair person stated rear brakes needed adjusting and did so. When I left, the scrapi I took my truck in for noise coming from rear brakes or wheel. Repair person stated rear brakes needed adjusting and did so. When I left, the scraping sound remained. I believe it has to do with the brake drums; maybe corroded. I'm 80 years old or I would do it myself. If they ran the truck on a lift they would hear it; I did. More
