Best car buying experience ever! I needed to purchase 2 cars. 1 work car, and 1 car for my daughter. I had gone to a different Toyota dealer and had a salesman try to sell me a "less I needed to purchase 2 cars. 1 work car, and 1 car for my daughter. I had gone to a different Toyota dealer and had a salesman try to sell me a "less than acceptable car" for work, and a pricey car for my daughter. I left there feeling defeated and went to Metro based on a family members experience. Chris was wonderful and listened to exactly what I needed. He showed me a fantastic work car and then helped get my daughter into a car in the price range we needed. When he became ill and had to be away the day we came in to sign papers, Chad took over and seamlessly closed both deals for me. Ken had the patience of a saint when we needed to make changes to our paperwork. The entire team was attentive, but never pushy! We will be back there next year to get another car! More
Excellent Car Buying Experience I approached Metro Toyota dreading the new car buying process and anticipated being at the dealership most of the day. My salesman, Robert, was friendly, down to earth and very laid back. He and I along with the Sales Manager struck a deal within minutes! Barry, the GM of the dealership came out of his office and introduced himself and gave me his card and told me not to hesitate calling if I need anything. The following day, when I picked up my new vehicle, it was clean, detailed and Robert took the time to show me every feature! I highly recommend Metro Toyota! They provide outstanding service and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Semi-annual service check I forgot I made the appointment, but was emailed a reminder a few days before which was great. I needed to change the time, but the online system woul I forgot I made the appointment, but was emailed a reminder a few days before which was great. I needed to change the time, but the online system wouldn't let me; however, I called and they changed it within minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was told it would take about an hour -- which it did, so it was what I expected then. Only complaint is that I asked if they would clean my car too (and they said yes), but they didn't and it was already parked outside when they called me out so I didn't want to drive it back in and wait longer. More
