You can tell that they are not trying to just sell cars. They are building loyalty. It’s simple. Treat people well, and shoot them straight, and they will come back. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Metro and both experiences were great. Ramona is very personable and sincerely cares about your needs and wants. She is very comfortable to work with and I never felt pressured at all. Barry is a superstar. Very straightforward and knowledgeable. You can tell he knows this industry very well. Personal care, attention to detail My Mom's car was involved in a fender bender but unfortunately the insurance adjuster thought the car should get a salvage title. As she is 78 years young, it was thought that getting her into a pre-owned vehicle would be difficult; but Metro Toyota took all the time she needed to find the right car. They even helped the both of us with the process of dealing with the Insurance company. I could tell that their goal was to make sure we were satisfied, and by doing so, we were beyond satisfied. They assuredly earned my business. More
