Excellent I have been purchasing vehicles from this dealership since 2006. Great experience every time. I had an issue from an outside service department that indicated I had a wheel bearing issue. It was actually cut tread on a tire. Metro Toyota did the right thing & I purchased new tires. I will never use that outside vendor again. More

My issue was not resolved I came in with a tire issue that I had brought in previously and nothing was done once again not happy with Toyota. But, they still have problems Overall, this is a good place to do business. But this year has been difficult. Headlights kept burning out, (Toyota's fault); bought 4 new tires and Overall, this is a good place to do business. But this year has been difficult. Headlights kept burning out, (Toyota's fault); bought 4 new tires and have to return one because it was bad; four times I have had to come in because of a strange noise under the hood of car only to be told that I needed two wheel bearings replaced- which didn't solve the original strange noise problem. This is more than frustrating. Mgt. did comp me a rental car, twice, but within one month I've spent over $2100 and there is still something wrong with my car. I drive 400 miles a week and can't afford to have my car break down on a highway. More
