I said I noticed a slight smell when turning on the air conditioning. She proceeded to tell me rodents get inside the car and leave their droppings which can cause the smell. (!!!) and I should replace it next trip. Said it should be replaced at 10k and I said ok this is the 15k maintenance. Well she said it’s not too bad next time. I said it is included right. Her reply....no that is not included it’s part of your regular maintenance. Then I saw a paper taped next to her desk about filters and year numbers. My response was that it’s odd that the filter you mentioned is on your wall. Oh she said your car is a lease, it will be included. So why wasn’t it? And why isn’t the staff properly informed? Very poor customer connection. More

The next day a gentleman called me and apologized for the mishap and said the car was completed and the key was in the car the entire night. More
