"Cap" Toyota offers some great lease deals, but the main reason my husband and I keep leasing from Metro Toyota is our sales consultant, Gary Capper. "Cap" had already been recommended to us my many of our friends, and they were right! Cap is not only knowledgeable, but personable and genuinely cares about your experience while at the dealership - and after you leave. Mediocre My car was not washed upon pick up after my oil change and service check. The people inside the service garage were very nice. They called for my car to be driven up front so I can leave as soon as I got there. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for my car, and he called for it to be pulled up probably 5 minutes prior to be walking outside.
