From start to finish, I felt like Ken understood this and made sure that I wasn't getting the run around, and was very flexible with my schedule, as I had to visit the dealership probably 3 - 4 times to complete our transaction. I feel that they went out of their way to make our deal work, and I am definitely appreciative of this. I used to think that I'd never have a brand new car, and now I do! I am loving the Camry, and will definitely be coming back for some service. More
