1st Used Car Purchase I worked with Gary "cap" Capper who was just amazing. So kind, and patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel instantly comfortable. When he allowe I worked with Gary "cap" Capper who was just amazing. So kind, and patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel instantly comfortable. When he allowed me to chose through different models and test drive - he brought up 3 different cars for me, before I made my choice. He then handed me off to Jim Campo the Business Manager for financing who was equally as good. Jim encourages to get the extended warranty that I appreciated. I tend to keep my cars a long time, and to know I have this extended coverage is great. More

He took the time to explain all the features on the car and answer all of my questions. He even followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with my new car. Ken was the best, most professional and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever worked with! I highly recommend him. I just had my first service appointment for regular maintenance and found the service department to be excellent as well. Great communication, courteous advisor and manager and prompt service.
