Poor visit that turned out well I brought my 2014 Toyota Siena in for its 60,000 mile service. I mentioned that we noticed the passenger mirror vibrating when we drive the car, espe I brought my 2014 Toyota Siena in for its 60,000 mile service. I mentioned that we noticed the passenger mirror vibrating when we drive the car, especially on the freeway. I asked that it be checked out. We purchased the bumper to bumper service contract when we bought the car so I was not worried about it getting fixed. The service person came out and told me the mirror was cracked inside and that it was not covered under warranty. I asked him to check further because no damage had happened to the outside of the mirror and it had to be a defect in the mirror itself. Upon further checking they discoverd that it was in fact covered under my warranty. I feel that the service person should have done a better job of checking out my coverage before telling me I was responsible for a very expensive repair. Had I not insisted he check further I would be $1,000 poorer. More
