He was very helpful and understanding of both my financial situation and the car I was looking at. A few other employees also helped me and were nothing but nice and understanding. A lot of thoughtful touches add up to a great experience The dealership and its employees took the time and effort to cater very well to my interests. I would be happy to work with them again. Prior to my contacting the dealership, I knew the stock number of the car I wanted and the salesperson with whom I wanted to work. So when I called, I was immediately put through to Gary “Cap” Capper. He was familiar with the needs of out-of-town buyers, and informed me about the nearby location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He also informed me that the dealership would send a shuttle for me if I were to fly into Cleveland’s airport. (These two items might be highlighted in a section of the dealership’s website titled “For our out of town buyers”.) Throughout the sales process, Gary was courteous and responsive. In our first conversation, I mentioned that I had both located an independent mechanic nearby, and set up an appointment for the car to be checked out. Gary was quick to say that he would get the car to the mechanic in time for the appointment. When I asked about instructions to wire the money for the car, he was quick to send me hand-written instructions. (I did suggest to the dealership that they have standard wiring instructions available on the dealership’s website or at least pre-printed on the dealership’s letterhead.) In a subsequent conversation, Gary told me that it would take about 45 minutes to complete the transaction once I physically arrived at the dealership. I arrived at the dealership at 9:15 am, and was out the door by 10:00 am. This was possible because Gary already had the car parked out front when I arrived, and he had the keys and the manuals on his desk waiting for me. Gary also was excellent in treating me as a valued customer. He introduced me to other employees, and to the owner of the dealership. When I was curious about his own history, and the history of the dealership, he was generous with his time in his responses. The finance manager with whom I worked, Jim Campo, was also excellent. He had the forms ready for me to sign, and he was not in the least pushy when I indicated I was not interested in purchasing an extended warranty. Finally, the dealership’s website had the amount of the documentation fee highlighted, so I knew what my costs were. More

Recall repairs This dealership called me to have my recall issues completed, which was quite a bonus because otherwise I may not have had the worked completed in tim This dealership called me to have my recall issues completed, which was quite a bonus because otherwise I may not have had the worked completed in time to prevent extensive damage to my drive train that was found during the servicing of the vehicle. I would like to thank Mike and the team for getting this problem not only repaired but finding that it was still under warranty and saving me thousands of dollars. As a travel nurse, my 2010 Rav 4 must be more than just dependable and I appreciate the dealership for being concerned enough to keep it in tip top condition for the responsibility.
