I would like to thank Mike and the team for getting this problem not only repaired but finding that it was still under warranty and saving me thousands of dollars. As a travel nurse, my 2010 Rav 4 must be more than just dependable and I appreciate the dealership for being concerned enough to keep it in tip top condition for the responsibility.
