Robert greeted me immediately after entering the showroom, and worked with me to get the car I wanted, even though I was not scheduled with him (and while he was in the middle of lunch). While they didn't have the car with the exact accessories I was looking for in their inventory, Robert worked with me to ensure I would get all of what I wanted on the car, and not get the extras I was not interested in. I usually dread the new car buying experience, but after today, I realized there nothing to fear at Metro Toyota. No hassles, no pressure to buy from their inventory on the spot, just a pleasant experience knowing I would be getting the car I wanted. More
