Robert Saponari, the salesman was exceptional in helping me move through the car buying process wit I purchased a vehicle from Metro Toyota recently. Robert Saponari, the salesman was exceptional in helping me move through the car buying process with as little angst as possible. He was patient & considerate, providing information & education that made the decision an easier one. Robert addressed all issues & concerns proactively & made the entire process go smoothly, without a hitch. When I picked up my new vehicle, he spent much time going over the nuances of my new car with me. I felt safe, secure & confident driving my new car off the lot. In this age. when customer service & satisfaction seems to be of little importancer to salespeople, it was a refreshing experience. More salespeople should be like Robert!! More

Not good. The service department employees were unfriendly, unsmiling, not happy to be there and looked right through you. I would go anywhere else but there. Gary Capper at Metro Toyota is always wonderful even when your miles away, he's a phone call away. Recently was in an accident and totaled my car. Capper was a phone call away and got the ball rolling when I gave him a call and said I saw a 4runner I was interested in on the website. Worked to ensure everything was completed before I arrived at the dealer. All that was left was the final teat drive, sign all the final paperwork, and drive away!!
