Front license plate During my last visit on 2018, part of the frame around my front license plate broke and the license plate was bend. I did not notice until I parked at During my last visit on 2018, part of the frame around my front license plate broke and the license plate was bend. I did not notice until I parked at my house. During this past visit most of the frame is gone and the plate was bend in half. Not happy that no one cared to change the frame and/or fix the plate. More

Replaced Hood Latch The work replacing the hood latch went fine; however, we were charged a $60 diagnostic fee when we first brought the car in to see if the dealership h The work replacing the hood latch went fine; however, we were charged a $60 diagnostic fee when we first brought the car in to see if the dealership had the part or had to order it and to get an idea on cost. I can see charging us if we had decided to not get the car fixed at Metro, but we never intended to take the car anywhere else, and the repairs were done there. This money should have be taken off of our $410 repair bill. In addition, we did not get a car wash when we took the car in for a diagnostic (even though this cost more than an oil change, and I get washes with oil changes), and we had to ask that they wash the car after the actual repair - other cars got washed that day. I'm guessing it was too close to 5 p.m., and they wanted us gone asap. We will not buy another car from Metro - to date we've bought two; every car since we switched from Honda to Toyota - and we will not be back to Metro for service. We have a non-Toyota shop that gives FREE estimates, uses Toyota parts, and does great work. There is just a larger time commitment with this option. More
