Excellent I would like Toyota to offer the prepaid oil changes again. unhappy I made an appointment for today last week with Robin for today. When I didn't get a email reminder I called to confirm and was told there was no appoi I made an appointment for today last week with Robin for today. When I didn't get a email reminder I called to confirm and was told there was no appointment scheduled. They did see me at 11:00am today but when I arrived I was asked why I was there and did I ever have my call serviced there before. I was also asked what was the year of my car. When I had my car serviced last week I told you that I had my car serviced there at least 3 times before because items on my car was loose and were going to fall off. This time I reported a small piece of plastic that covered the bolt that holds the passenger side mirror had come off and was missing. I was told that that was not covered by my warrantee and was charged $26.00 to replace it. Considering my past problems with items coming loose, I thought that you would have covered this as a customer curtesy. More
