Unfortunately, I don’t have a good thing to say about my last visit there. Went in for a routine or a change. They fixed a recall on my vehicle that I was not aware of at. Though it took 5 hours to complet last visit there. Went in for a routine or a change. They fixed a recall on my vehicle that I was not aware of at. Though it took 5 hours to complete and no on asked meat the start of my service if I had time that day to get that done or offered me a ride home or temporary car while I wait. Never the less I was very grateful for the fix. However, the original reason I came in was the oil change. My car was driving a little weird 48 hours after my oil change appointment with Toyota of brook park so I checked my oil at home on my own to my surprise I had no oil in my car. Not sure what kind of service this was meant to be but I sure hope next time they do not forget to put the oil back in someone’s vehicle. That can be very damaging and costly. More
