I came in for an oil change and to top off my fluids. My car was also making a rattling noise. They told me rattling sound was a loose heat shield and they couldn’t get to it so they were ordering a new My car was also making a rattling noise. Nothing yet and still rattling and not sure why ordering a new part would make it easier to get to. Also they did not top off my fluids as there was no windshield wiper fluid when I went to use it.
