This service center seems to re-examine their processes to try to make it better to to make the customer service better. They are efficient in their intake process and get me in and out quickly. I’ve purchased many cars at this dealership in the last 18 years. I can always drive away in my new car feeling like it was a good experience. The service department is excellent also. The frosting on the cake is the 2 year or 25,000 mile (Which ever comes first)free service for new purchases. Lastly, because I use Metros service department, I am confident that the job gets done right by Toyota qualified technicians. More
