issues W/ lack of 3yr360000 mile Warrantee. Having issues w/ must smell in a/c unit. I was told not covered under Warrantee. Flex fuel set up issues and throws a code. Makes absolutely no sense at all. This is poor Warrantee coverage from Toyota and the dealer. This should have been told during sales. If I knew the flex fuel set up wasn’t up to parr I would have never used it. Paying $132 for a poor design by Toyota and not being covered under 3 yrs 36000 mile bumper to bumper coverage is poor business tactic. Both are an issue of poor quality and design. No one is standing by the so called Warrantee. Poor customer service by Toyota as well as my dealer!!! Truly a shame by an avid Toyota fan. More

My credit wasn’t something I cared about until I turned 30, Anyway I was Greeted by Kevin Mchulloch . First can I tell you how AMAZING this man is. Anyway I told him what credit karma said my credit was. I told him what I needed , he explained how credit karma isn’t that accurate. My score was much higher than what it really said it was. He was honest. Very blunt with me. He Never promised anything to get my hopes up. It’s like he knew what I needed . I gave him my budget. He told me he had the perfect car for me. let me tell ya it was the perfect car. It was a used Dodge Journey I didn’t even want to look at another car.. I’ve been to different dealerships. If you get an uneasy feeling when you walk in .;then you should probably go see Kevin. He made it easy and fun to be there. His assistant was easy to talk to. Kevin got me approved for something I didn’t even think was possible. He had my back. I won’t go anywhere else to get a vehicle. When he tells you not to worry about something he keeps his word.
