I am 78 and have owned a car since I was 14. I bought a car at a police seizure auction in a junkyard for $47 and drove it for years. I have dealt with staff at car dealerships for a Long Time and there have been some good ones, but my new friend Tyrell at Victory Toyota takes the cake. He helped us buy a RAV4 XSE plug-in hybrid in the right color and with all the features we wanted. When it arrived he took time to help my wife and me. learn all about the controls and features of this, our first electric all-wheel drive Toyota brand car. Tyrell guided us through the whole process and contacted us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied and having fun. He is a truly caring person and his employer is lucky to have him as a member of the team. KUDOS to Tyrell and Victory Toyota! More
