I explained my priority was the out the door price and that's what he focused on. The GM (Miles) introduced himself while I was waiting and was very friendly and again not pushy at all. He simply stated that if I had any question feel free to contact him. When we got to F&I the options were explained in detail but there was no 'hard sell'. We bought the vehicle that we wanted for the price that we wanted and it took less than 3 hours. We arrived at 9:30 and left before noon. The service department is also very good. We service all of our vehicles here. More

I was happy with my service at this Toyota dealership. I was taken prior to the promised appointment time, treated with respect, and told what other services were recommended for my 5+ year old vehicle. The Service Writer also reset a switch for the trunk lid without charge which had been driving my wife crazy! I also found their staff friendly and upbeat.They directed me to where I could access water, coffee, and even fresh popcorn! Their restroom (which I used before leaving) was also very clean! Overall I found their staff outstanding and their prices reasonable. I will be returning! More
