Typical used car experience with dealership trying tricks to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not cleaned well before pickup and we had to bring it back to get items repaired, which was a process to get scheduled (three phone calls). The layout of the dealership is horrible. They need a second exit if they are going to have the repair shop located where it is. Lots of chaos dropping vehicle off for the repair. Overall, not impressed with dealership experience. More

Waited over two hours for an oil change, requested a tire rotation but was told they did not have time to do it even though we put it in our surface order request when we made the appointment.
