Used Car experience Unprofessional. I contacted the salesperson about a listed used car. He told me to come in next day at opening. I arrived early, but another gentleman Unprofessional. I contacted the salesperson about a listed used car. He told me to come in next day at opening. I arrived early, but another gentleman was there first. During conversation, the other gentleman also told us he contacted the salesman and was told to come in and he was specifically told it was first come, first serve which is why he was there an hour before opening. Then a third person arrived who the salesman also told to come in at opening and he would hold the car for her. So the salesperson let her have first go at the car. Since when do you hold used cars? On top of it, the salesperson admitted he talked to me and the other gentleman first. It should have been first come, first serve and I would have been second in line. He didn't even give me or the other gentleman the opportunity to look at the car or make an offer. Now that is just bad business. Both of us were willing to put in an offer above asking price, but we were not even given the option. Not very savvy or professional. I would not recommend shopping here. More
