So I will just say that your service dept. from beginning to end is the very best!! Phill met us at the service entrance and was/is a delight! He even went back out after our car was parked in the service parking lot and retrieved mu umbrella for me! David is alway a joy at the front desk and got us organized and on our way quickly. We left the car overnight, and when we picked it up it was the same attitude of welcome and professionalism. Kudos to Scott (Service Manager) Only required 30K brake system flush and that was all that was done! I have always done my own vehicle maintenance including oil, all filter changes a Only required 30K brake system flush and that was all that was done! I have always done my own vehicle maintenance including oil, all filter changes and brake service since I started driving cars! Some maintenance items I am not currently equipped to perform and a brake system flush/fluid renewal is one of them. It was refreshing not to have any pressure for other system maintenance suggested such as throttle body decarbonization etc... that has been recommended/offered in the past at this dealership! Recommend Village for all your Toyota/Lexus maintenance anytime! Thank You Scott! More
