This is our 6th vehicle purchase from John. Our daughter bought her Camry from him and my parents bought a brand new Venza. We refer everyone to John. He will even drive a car to deliver to it to a customer anywhere in the state of Florida. He treats us like family and so does everyone at Village Toyota. Went in for annual service check and everything was fine. My estimated wait time was given at 1 hour and half to 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when everything was completed in a little over 1 hour. My estimated wait time was given at 1 hour and half to 2 hours. The only problem I noticed when I got home was that one of the valve caps was not replaced when the tires were rotated. Not a big deal but just a little more attention to what they are doing is needed in my opinion. More
