Mark Arvay was the Product Specialist who worked with us from the minute we drove into the dealership until I finally drove off with my 2021 Toyota Highlander. We were working under a very tight time sched from the minute we drove into the dealership until I finally drove off with my 2021 Toyota Highlander. We were working under a very tight time schedule as my current vehicle was coming off lease soon. The car I was buying was not in stock at the time and we were depending upon projected delivery schedules. Through no fault of Mark, or Village Toyota the car was not delivered until several days after my lease had expired. Mark had made arrangements in advance in case of that occurrence. I was given an almost new Camry to use, which I did for several days. When my vehicle finally arrived it was quickly detailed and prepped. Mark and I both inspected and drove the car to make sure there were no problems. This was my first encounter with Village Toyota and it was an excellent experience. I would also add that at no time did I feel pressured by anyone for any reason. Mark and his colleagues treated me very well. More
