My wife and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle form village toyota. Had the specific unit chosen and the salesperson was very helpful. Then came the direct marketing manager and sales manager. Price was increased and a $ 1900 Dimmit advantage fee was charged as well as a $ 995 dealership fee. The Advantage fee was merely insurance against lost fob. tire warranty, paint sealant and interior protection. What a rip off. If you like high pressure and loads of fees, Village toyota is for you. Not us. More
We usually go to Tampa or Orlando to buy a car. We were happy that we stayed local. It was a smooth car buying experience. Pricing was better with them also. Nicole was great. Love my new car. After browsing inventory at Village Toyota on the internet, Joe Petrillo contacted me by phone and we set an appointment to look at a new Rav4 Hybrid. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to internet, Joe Petrillo contacted me by phone and we set an appointment to look at a new Rav4 Hybrid. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to Joe and we had a pleasant conversation, he knew my objective was to find a vehicle that suited our family needs at a fair price. Joe introduced me to Brian Jennette and we began our search. I told Brian we had never even looked at a Rav4 up close and would need a test drive to see if it was even an option for us. Brian showed us what they had on the lot and suggested we take one for a drive. As we had already done our research we quickly decided that was the car for us. Instead of pressuring us into this car, Brian made sure we were getting exactly the options we wanted and offered to find the perfect for us. Having been in the car business for over 30 years, I said "How can you make this the perfect car for us?" Brian knew exactly what I meant this was a more expensive car than we planned on buying, having purchased over 50 cars over the years, how could he make this my next purchase? We did some friendly negotiating (involving Joe) and in short time the deal was done. But, what I remember the most about our purchase was the calm, relaxing, friendly, rapport we had along the way, Brian made this by far the most memorable car buying experience out of all 50 or so car transactions. I have bought cars from salesmen I've known for over 30 years. I can truly say that I will and already have recommended him to my friends with the full confidence that he will treat them as well as he has treated me. Thank you Brian! More

This is a great dealership to purchase, lease, finance, service and even to insure your car. This saves you many steps and phone calls it's an all in one dealership. We of course miss their hot dogs, popcorn and donuts and now have to mask up for safety. We will continue to go to Village Toyota for future purchases and service. More

I was at the dealership 15 minutes early for my appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later, they had yet to touch my truck. After asking for my keys, the service writer went to talk to a mechanic appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later, they had yet to touch my truck. After asking for my keys, the service writer went to talk to a mechanic and then met me in the parking lot to give me my keys. He told me they were just about to start the job. I told him that was xxxxxxxx and not to lie to me. I refuse to be treated like xxxx just because I'm not a regular customer. I would NEVER take my vehicle to them again and will NEWER buy a vehicle from them either. They don't give a crap about their customers. More
