Dan's mechanical knowledge is beyond anything I have experienced anywhere else. Dan is the only mechanic I allow to work on my vehicle. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and knowledge of my vehicle. He explains in detail, any problems he finds and what has to be done. When I leave Village Toyota, I don't have to check, to make sure everything has been completed correctly. Maybe it's my age, but I am a cynic. I don't easily trust people. With Tom and Dan, I've learned over time, that they are great people. I drop my truck off for whatever repair or service is needed, pick it up when finished; no worries or cares. More

poor sales service I normally am not one to write reviews...but this is a must! Went to village toyota to purchase a used toyota tacoma and the salesman or sales manager I normally am not one to write reviews...but this is a must! Went to village toyota to purchase a used toyota tacoma and the salesman or sales manager was not willing to deal whatsoever. We went in with our own financing voucher to pay for vehicle and were $3,000 off and they did not budge at all. Manager even tells us the tacoma we were wanting to purchase(2016 tacoma) was the worst year they made due to transmission problems but yet still didn't come off the price by not even a dollar. The following day a higher up manager Samantha calls to tell us that she would offer us 1,000 less and we said we would do $2,000 less and she states she was going to speak to someone higher up and get right back to us, five hours later after no return call we called them and was told she would call us back. Closing hours come and still no call back. When a place as well known as TOYOTA tells you they will give you a call back and dont, I think that calls for a review. She could have called back to tell us rather it was a deal or no deal...not just blowing us off! More
