poor sales service I normally am not one to write reviews...but this is a must! Went to village toyota to purchase a used toyota tacoma and the salesman or sales manager I normally am not one to write reviews...but this is a must! Went to village toyota to purchase a used toyota tacoma and the salesman or sales manager was not willing to deal whatsoever. We went in with our own financing voucher to pay for vehicle and were $3,000 off and they did not budge at all. Manager even tells us the tacoma we were wanting to purchase(2016 tacoma) was the worst year they made due to transmission problems but yet still didn't come off the price by not even a dollar. The following day a higher up manager Samantha calls to tell us that she would offer us 1,000 less and we said we would do $2,000 less and she states she was going to speak to someone higher up and get right back to us, five hours later after no return call we called them and was told she would call us back. Closing hours come and still no call back. When a place as well known as TOYOTA tells you they will give you a call back and dont, I think that calls for a review. She could have called back to tell us rather it was a deal or no deal...not just blowing us off! More

Detail not Service The car was back at Village for a more detailed clean up than what was done before delivery. It wasn't handled by your service department this time. The arrangements were through Corey Corneillie, our salesman, and John ? of the detail company. The car now looks like it should have looked when we picked it up. Thank you to Corey for arranging this detailing, for representing us to management, and for remembering that our door edge guards were coming off and adding it to my list of issues! More

My wife insists on coming with me when I come in for service on the car. I have been coming there since August, 2004 when I bought my first Cadillac. We enjoy the hotdogs coffee and donuts, too. ( I would rather have brown mustard in-stead of the light kind) ..We have always gotten fair treatment here, Debbie Henry is always able to come up with a solution to any problem. More
