The experience was wonderful! Anthony explained a lot to us and was very understanding as to what we were looking for! I was very pleased with the whole buying experience UNTIL we go to the finance guy (Ste us and was very understanding as to what we were looking for! I was very pleased with the whole buying experience UNTIL we go to the finance guy (Steven Toney)! He was absolutely RUDE -- He thought we were trading a car in and when I told him we were not he exclaimed, "What, I was told from the beginning that you were" then he left the room and came back and started banging on his keyboard! Then we put $5000 on a credit card and he said, "you are not taking the car today, right" I said yes we are -- he said, "I don't think so" and left the room only to find out that we talked to a guy about this before. And then the power selling began -- for $2,500 we could get an extended warranty - I immediately said we are not interested and he was really giving us crap about not doing it and it was not in a friendly tone! (I assume he gets some cut in the warranty). Had I had him to deal with from the beginning, I would have been out of there immediately. The next day when I went back into pay the remaining amount he was not very friendly or customer service orientated either! I asked for a copy of the buyers order (which I completely looked through our papers previously) he told me that there was on in my paper work - when I responded that there was not -- he said, "Yes, there is"! At this point I was done with him and asked for a copy which he reluctantly gave me and I left -- very frustrated! All I can say, is thank goodness that Anthony was as gracious as he was, or we would have left without a car! More
Service on Tundra Truck I had a light on my dashboard indicating "Maintenance Required". I drove into dealer w/o any appointment. My service advisor David Becwar was very bus I had a light on my dashboard indicating "Maintenance Required". I drove into dealer w/o any appointment. My service advisor David Becwar was very busy but took my truck in anyway. After an hour my truck was ready I paid for a new cabin filter and got my tires rotated free and drove home not realizing the tech didn't reset the computer on my truck. I called David Becwar who told me to bring the truck in and he would reset the computer himself which he did. David Becwar has always been my service adviser and I've always been very happy with his service, honest and friendly. More
