Lou followed up our initial visit with phone calls to provide additional answers. On our second visit we test drove vehicles we had an interest in and our questions answered. Our current vehicle was assessed and the purchase process began. We had decided on the Toyota RAV4. Lou made the day pleasant with Marie lending to an enjoyable wait for the paperwork process including the offer of great Godiva chocolate, water and coffee. By days end we left feeling taken care of, our needs met, our future needs would be taken care of and we left trusting the dealership to care for our vehicle needs.
