Service Department… High pressure! Makes me question if they actually performed the services I paid for in December. Stating I needed an air filter, I paid to have it replaced in Dec Makes me question if they actually performed the services I paid for in December. Stating I needed an air filter, I paid to have it replaced in December, they should certainly last more than 3 months if it was in fact replaced. My oil light was on, instead of topping off the oil (since it was changed in December with synthetic oil) I had to pay $150 for diagnostics ($125 for the diagnostics, $12.50 for supplies and disposal($$$ still wondering what they disposed of on a diagnostic service) and taxes., Only to be told I need an oil change. No longer the caring dealership it once was as Bill Bryan Subaru. More
