I came in for a factory recall on my front brakes and I also requested a tire rotation. The service department was very friendly. Matt informed me that the brakes would be checked today, but they would not also requested a tire rotation. The service department was very friendly. Matt informed me that the brakes would be checked today, but they would not be replaced today because they have to contact the main Subaru office to get the Replacement brake sent to them. That news was disappointing, but he was very assuring that the job would be done within a couple of months. More

I asked that the tires be rotated seems that wasn’t done. We have had a problem with the passenger front seat trim on the right hand side.It keeps falling off the side of the seat.We were charged about 200 do We have had a problem with the passenger front seat trim on the right hand side.It keeps falling off the side of the seat.We were charged about 200 dollars the first time and it didn’t last very long and fell off.They tried to put it back on this trip down and it didn’t work again.So sad we paid over 40k for this car and can’t get it fixed properly.
