I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation but when I was told car was ready, I asked about tire rotation. I asked because this is not the first time they had not done the rotation as requested. Again, they did not do it. They said all the tires were the same tread depth. I knew this was not the case because there was a tire replaced on right rear several months ago. I left and did not argue the point. I had another mechanic measure it for me and the tread was not the same. My conclusion is that they don't want to do the rotation because it is included as a warranty item for me. Also, the mechanic checked my oil and found it was overfull. More

Service team is always fair and polite. I travel an hour and ignore two Subaru dealers that are closer just to have my car serviced here. They're awesome! I travel an hour and ignore two Subaru dealers that are closer just to have my car serviced here. They're awesome! More

I was so happy to hear that because I'm not very technical and believed that an expert should update the navigation system not me. Based on the instructions I was given to update the navigation system, I felt that if I did anything wrong it would mess up something else, so I refused to attempt the update myself. I was very happy to hear that I would have an updated navigation system; however I was told that no one with the skill to update the system was present that day. When I called back two days later, I got push back when I requested to have it done. I had to arrange a second visit. Why was I scheduled to come in for installation of the radio when the proper expertise was absent? Why have I been told on numerous occasions that you don't do navigation updates at your location? If you don't do it, why should I try? It shouldn't be that difficult for an expert. If you're afraid to do it, what makes you think that someone with no expertise would even try? More
The manager in service was very rude. He promised car would be delivered at 2 o’clock When I called at 2:30 he said they wouldn’t be even leaving the dealership for another 10 minutes. I had counted on the time originally given because I had to return a rental car. The manager got very nasty. I will be selling my Subaru and advising family and friends not to go there More
