Pleasant Experience My wife was looking for a new car so we did a bit of research as we started to narrow down the options. Once we did that we visited multiple dealer o My wife was looking for a new car so we did a bit of research as we started to narrow down the options. Once we did that we visited multiple dealer options . My wife actually went to the first visit at Autohaus alone and found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and open. I returned with her on her second visit once we thought it was possible we would make a purchase from them. I appreciated the no nonsense approach that they took to the sell. It was no hard selling but always there when we needed them to answer questions and or tell us about the car options we were comparing to make sure we were comfortable with our final choice. The lady at Front Desk was wonderful. Steve was very nice too, even I did not work with him. I definitely would recommend here and return for any extra needs. And the price was very fair as well. Only one thing, I just have to speak this out. One gentleman, might be the new car sales manager, Kurt,. I believe he just recently came on board. He was not that impressive to me as a manager. even we did not work with each other, but no smile, no greeting while each encountering, I can only saw the arrogance and carelessness. I manage a 100-employees business, i believe everyone's attitude towards the client, reflects the company's culture. Sorry, I probably talked too much irrelevance. More
