The greater was super A+, very energetic. Some knowledge. Building nice and clean. Vision Buick GMC is the only place I trust my vehicle to get serviced. It is amazing that I have a Chevy Truck and still Buick GMC can handle all of my vehicles service! The service department is horrible. Got charged for use of gloves. Left several messages and no one ever returned my call. My next car purchase will be at a different dealership. I truly liked my advisor. I did not like that you charge a high fee just to tell me what’s wrong with my car, then don’t deduct the cost on the bill if I get it fixed. The service work done is done well, but the communications with service are horrible. Literally the only way that I can determine status of an issue is to go in person. Service never answers the phone which directs back to an operator who promises to have them call which never happens. When confronted, the people in service say they never got the messages. The customer response system is completely broken. More
Every time we come in it is a new staff. A flat tire took over a week to get taken care of. Never answer phones. We got gm involved and wouldn’t answer gms calls either.
