When I called to make appointment I asked about shuttle service to return home. Person recommended 9AM. I arrived at about 8:55 AM and just as we finished up, the shuttle service driver Bernie arrived an service to return home. Person recommended 9AM. Service was done shortly after noon, received call and told that shuttle service would be arriving at my house in 15 minutes...it did and it was a great experience.
