Definitely a lack of communication when I brought my
vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and
vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They charged her for it, and never actually did the oil change and her car keeps indicating that it is low on oil. When she called she got an attitude and they said that they just forgot to reset the oil life meter? It still says that she needs oil. Not very happy. Used to absolutely trust this service department but since the change nothing is the same. Very disappointed. and not sure we will be releasing our next vehicles now. Rona DeMino and Ava DeMino
