Everyone was very polite and friendly to work with but things seemed to be a bit unorganized because of a lack of communication. I waited about an hour for a loaner truck - but it was a very nice truck. things seemed to be a bit unorganized because of a lack of communication. Switched GMC dealers due to one in Henrietta being extremely rude and unhelpful. I am So happy I changed. Vision GMC was nothing but lovely! They made the process easy and enjoyable. DON’T DO IT! ! This dealership is in the business of screwing people. I purchased a vehicle that this dealership knew was beat on and defective to the tune of $15, ! This dealership is in the business of screwing people. I purchased a vehicle that this dealership knew was beat on and defective to the tune of $15,000. They refused to pay for the repairs and have left me with this lemon. Trust me when I say……DON’T DO IT! Save yourself a major headache and go shop at their competitors!!
