When i took my car in for service I stood waiting to be recognized using a walker for a long time. I had a nurse with me. I had to go out into another area to ask for someone to help me even though people recognized using a walker for a long time. I had a nurse with me. Sale was handled by Rauni and financial was handled by Eric. Sales went fine financing was less then smooth. Had to make 2 return trips to the dealership to get the financing complete. He took time to explain all the extra warranty coverages. However before I have even made the first payment I needed service department and that was a nightmare. The lights on my dashboard flicker and my fuses keep blowing. Service replaced the fuses and said there is no problem. Dash lights still flicker and I have had to replace the same fuse twice now, plus the SUV is need of body work and I can't even get a call back or my questions answered. I'm just told "drop by service" and they will see what can be done. I work Monday thru Friday and can't be without a vehicle. The dash lights flickering is distracting and dangerous but they do not care I even have video I have shown them. Change the fuse and they claim it is fixed, I am sure I have sometype electrical issues causing repeated fuse blowing and dash light flickering. So in short I can recommend sales and finance, but if you need service or to be taken seriously stay away from this service department. More
The Delivery was a Custom Factory Ordered GMC Sierra EV Denali Max with significant down-payment. I repeatedly requested, "HANDS OFF" upon Delivery. Do NOT Do Any Dealership Prep Whatsoever, NONE! The Deal Denali Max with significant down-payment. I repeatedly requested, "HANDS OFF" upon Delivery. Do NOT Do Any Dealership Prep Whatsoever, NONE! The Dealership had their Prep-Guy sneak-install a LoJack Tracker very sloppily bending one of the Pins of their Patch-Harness and cobbled up a twisted mass of wires and misaligned the panel he stuffed it all behind. There are many other very professional GMC Certified Specialists at this Dealership. No offense to them. More
