Tried to scam me for $$ after car passed safety inspection but failed emissions. Fixed emission issue but needed to drive and clear the fault code. Have been called multiple times for a service visit or part that is in that doesn’t apply to my vehicle. Car was not cleaned. Promised hood would be aligned correctly by collision got several xx story’s now afraid to take back because when I questioned him he said “ what are Promised hood would be aligned correctly by collision got several xx story’s now afraid to take back because when I questioned him he said “ what are you going to do hunt me down at Wegmans and kill me” that’s all I needed to hear. Not good for customer relations. Dealership never contacted me to ask how the work was done and to make it right. I don’t have time for other people’s stupid miscommunications and unwillingness to correct their mistakes. Thanks Frank . Was told by Mike B that collision would take care of all other issues with paint and Frank didn’t even want to listen to me saying it wasn’t on his work order. Why would anyone go back to have any more work done by him. Totally unacceptable but that was my choice to buy a car from Vision again. There was no customer care here. More
It was very crowded the day of my appointment but they got me done pretty quick. I was there about an hour and a half for my inspection.
