I have never written a review before but after my experience at Vision I felt like I had to. In the beginning my experience was great actually, the vehicle I wanted I was told got damaged during deli experience at Vision I felt like I had to. My sales person, Mike Borrelli, was great, he kept me updated on the progress and I never had to text him first during that process. That’s where my good experience ended. It took over 3 weeks for the vehicle to be fixed, which was fine, when I was told it was ready I had packed if the black emblems and grille were installed per the window sticker stating dealer installed. I was told no but they’d get the parts on order. That was another week delay. On a Thursday I was told it was done and asked if I could come in Monday to pick it up, I informed Mike that I couldn’t because of work but could on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday. Mike said Wednesday would be fine and agreed on a time, 10am. My husband and I drove over a hour to get to the dealership, when we arrived they had me sign my odometer sheet and had me sit there for an hour doing nothing. I was told the vehicle was being finished up being detailed … ok not a big problem. I finally found out that Mike had lied to me, that the black emblems were just being put on. I was finally brought in to do my paperwork where afterwards we sat again for over a hour. Around noon I was told they were detailing it so why don’t we go out to lunch, they gave us a vehicle to take but never offered to treat us to lunch. Coming back around 1 my vehicle was still not done and my salesman Mike Borrelli was nowhere to be seen. The Sales Manager Glenn, who doesn’t seem to work there anymore and told me a story about how his daughter got awful customer service from another company and how he was so upset… ironic… told me that they didn’t even start the emblems yet because the guy who usually did it was off and the fishing wire to get the letters off was locked on his desk so they had to run to Lowe’s to buy some. At this point my husband and I were beyond furious, we had been lied to over and over again. After another 2 hours we were told the emblems were done and it would be another 2 hours for detail. We said no, give it to us without that for we had been there close to 6 hours!! The Sales Manager said my plates were on and they filled it with gas when I knew that was a lie too, the app showed it was almost empty and my plates were sitting on the desk of my salesman who was MIA for over 4 hours. The salesman drove with us to get gas. In the meantime I’m trying to use the navigation to go home and it wouldn’t connect. We asked if we needed to do the onstar call and was told no and Mike couldn’t figure it out. After driving over a hour home I had to sit on the onstar call for a hour so they could take the vehicle out of demo mode! My husband called to talk to the General Manager and never got a call back, he tried several times leaving messages. My husband and I detailed it ourselves for they never even offered for us to take it somewhere for free. When I thought it couldn’t get worse I got a letter from the DMV that said I didn’t have insurance, Vuson messed up my paperwork so I had to keep texting Mike to get my registration revised. If I had one piece of advice I’d tell you to RUN! Worse experience in my life. More
My brake issue was not addressed! I have a video where the tech said all was fine. Drove off my brake monitor came back on. The first red flag was walking into the service area and both men behind the counter dropped their eye contact and pretended to be busy. It was the woman to the far right is the only person who acknowledged and greeted me. That spoke volumes! Johnson GMC is where I will going moving forward. More
