I have always found, over twenty years, that Bob Hastings' employees go the extra distance to make certain your needs are cared for. When needed, service and sales work well together, but for me, it is the service that sells the car. I am less concerned about a few hundred dollars at purchase, when I know that the service department will be caring for my car and my needs -- for years -- as if I were part of their family. I have had very positive experiences with the service team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I purchased my car from Saturn in '04 and had it serviced almost exclusively at the dealership, and sinc team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I really prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership/manufacturer, my experience with outside service providers has not been great. I am a proponent of preventative maintenance and I hope the team at Bob Hastings is leading me in the right direction. I want to get the most out of my car before having to replace it in the next few years. More
