I bought my GMC Sierra from a tent event that was put on by Vision Nissan. One of the benefits was free oil changes for life. I have always taken my truck to Vision Dodge/RAM & had never had an issue. I too by Vision Nissan. One of the benefits was free oil changes for life. I have always taken my truck to Vision Dodge/RAM & had never had an issue. I took it to this dealership for a oil change & potentially additional service needed for my inspection. They refused to honor my free oil change perk and said it would be $55. I'm not sure why different Vision dealerships will honor this, but not this location, especially sice I needed additional work. I went to this location twice and they refused me service both times. They also don't advertise that thier service department is open past 5pm, but all the techs go home at 5pm. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone and will probably not be purchasing through any Vision dealership again. More

I recently had some work done on my 2021 GMC Sierra at Vision Buick.and GMC. Jordan and Louie kept me informed of the process as the work was being done. These two guys are top notch guys. Purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the same week. As I was driving my brand new truck down road I hear a knocking sound coming from the motor. I dropped it off at the dealership for them to loo week. As I was driving my brand new truck down road I hear a knocking sound coming from the motor. I dropped it off at the dealership for them to look at and come find out it needs a new motor after only having 6000 miles on it. It appears the GM had a bad batch of rods that were installed a some of the vehicles. And my truck appears to be one of the vehicles. The customer service that I have received has been horrible. No communication from the service department on how the progress is going. I was told two weeks to replace the motor and it has now been three and no timeframe on when the motor will be arriving to the dealership. I have been given the run around and lied to from the very beginning. It is costing me money each day that my truck is in the shop. I live on a farm and not having a truck that I used on a daily basis. I can’t believe that the dealership hasn’t done more to try to make this right. And yes I am still making payments on a vehicle that is sitting at the dealership. Not a happy customer. More

Service technician didn’t reset tire sensors after rotating so I ended up running on a nearly flat tire. I kept checking the one listed by the wrong sensor. When I told the dealership about this all rotating so I ended up running on a nearly flat tire. I kept checking the one listed by the wrong sensor.
