I enjoy doing business with this dealership/service department. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service is very convenient. They took on Saturn service when my dealership closed, and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. They have a nice waiting area with tv, magazi and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. I especially appreciate that, since it's something that was often missing in the past (before Saturn). They do their best to investigate or fix anything I mention, even the little stuff (like the brake pedal squeaking). When Saturn closed I had a choice of service dealers, and I'm very glad I chose Bob Hastings Buick. More
