I brought my 2006 Ion for it's first NYS inspection in 4 years because I was living in MD until last month. I was treated respectfully, curteously and professionally by everyone I met. The amount of time required to complete the paper work after the service is completed needs to be reduced. My car was brought outside at least 15 minutes before the i was called to pay for service. My serivce visit would of been better if the tire I needed was in stock and I didn't have to come back. Having never leased a car before, I was very apprehensive about the process. However, Dmitriy Akselrod immediately put my concerns to rest. He explained every detail of the process and answered all of my que about the process. However, Dmitriy Akselrod immediately put my concerns to rest. He explained every detail of the process and answered all of my questions about leasing. He not only searched for the Verona with the exact options I wanted in the Buick database, he also kept me constantly updated about it whereabouts and I had the car within a week! When I came to pick it up, Dmitriy spent over a hour with me going over the dashboard controls and how things worked. He then set up the Sirius satellite radio and ON STAR services (which, by-the-way, are free to me with the the 2-year lease along with the first payment being made by Buick...how GREAT is that!) He also walked me through the service department and introduced me to the people there so I would know where to go for car maintenance. On the financial side, R C Cavalcanti answered all of my questions about the credit check, the lease signing and the process of returning the car at the end of the lease. He was very informative, friendly and efficient. This has been a wonderful experience...Dmitriy, R C, everyone in the Service Center were very professional, forthright and friendly. By the way, the car is BEAUTIFUL, it rides like a dream and everyone loves it. Bob Hastings Buick was certainly a lucky choice for me!! More
